These terms apply to your use of heritageapparel.co.nz and to any purchase you make from Heritage Dahlias NZ Limited. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Use of this website
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, to purchase from us. You agree to use the website in good faith and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
Orders
Every order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion. If we decline, any payment already taken will be refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before your order is dispatched.
Payments
We accept bank transfer to HERITAGE DAHLIAS NZ LIMITED 38-9027-0833898-00 during our Founders Club presale. Stripe card payments will be enabled at store launch.
Availability
Our garments are produced in small batches. Items may sell out or be limited to founders only. Availability is confirmed when we dispatch.
Product descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, but slight variation is part of small batch craftsmanship. Embroidery placement, dye lot and cut may vary by a few millimetres.
Colours disclaimer
Screens render colour differently. The Pinkle and F**ken Green shown online may vary slightly from the finished garment. This is not a defect.

Returns, refunds and exchanges
See our Returns, Refund and Exchange policies. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are unaffected.
Intellectual property
All logos, artwork, embroidery patterns, photography, website copy and garment designs remain the property of Heritage Dahlias NZ Limited. You may not reproduce or resell them.
User accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Heritage Dahlias NZ Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
