Everything you need to know about how we ship your Heritage garments.
Dispatch times
Founders Club bundles ship in the production order shown in your console. Regular orders dispatch within 2 to 5 business days from Aotearoa.
Estimated delivery
Urban New Zealand: 1 to 3 business days from dispatch. Rural New Zealand: 3 to 6 business days from dispatch.
Rural delivery
A rural surcharge applies to addresses classified as rural by our courier.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Lost parcels
If a tracked parcel has not moved for 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address you provide. If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship at your cost.
Delays
Weather, courier volumes and public holidays can cause delays outside of our control.
International
International shipping opens after our first Founders Club deliveries in New Zealand.
