Name, email, phone, shipping address, clothing size, and, if you become a founder, your Founder Number and design selections. We also collect basic browsing information such as pages viewed and referral source.
How we use your information
To process orders and payments, ship garments, communicate about production, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, and improve our website.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We may use analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails to people who opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Payment information
We do not store card numbers. During the Founders Club presale we accept bank transfers only. Stripe checkout, when live, will handle all card data under PCI DSS.
Where your information is stored
Customer data is stored on secure infrastructure. Some service providers may hold data outside New Zealand under contractual privacy protections.
Third parties
We share information only with the providers we need, such as our email delivery, freight and payment partners. We never sell customer data.
Your rights
